Hi, I'm Antariksa.

SDG 3 (Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages) resonates with me the most. This is an important factor as many people are susceptible to heath risks at any and all ages, being someone who prioritises health and fitness, having a healthier population is greatly beneficial for us. We can achieve factors with one example being having an overall impact on the economy. With an overall healthier population, we can reduce the stress on our healthcare workers and a healthier population means a lower expenditure on healthcare itself.

With physical health there too is the importance of mental health. Singaporeans are reportedly one of the most stressed individuals due to the fast pace of Singaporeans everyday lives. Work stress and financial stress are prevalent especially with young working adults and all this can slowly chip away at mental health.

Therefore I hope to one day be able to make an impact in this aspect.
