a strangely endearing game. i am amused by the roach tank controls. i love how different insects offer you guidance in the form of riddles. i’m partial to the mix of 3D and 2D environments and the way the cockroach is animated. i feel the game is pretty forgiving, too? it telegraphs danger quite well, and there is a lot in the environment that you may not be able to bypass but will not necessarily kill you. the story is as surreal as you may guess.
i imagine you will struggle with this one if you are offput by animal death, insects, and all manners of grossness, but i think that’s quite obvious.
