Pretty solid roguelike. The structure of procedurally generated levels kinda reminds me of GTA2, but without cars.

You spawn in one of the small districts of the city and your goal is to complete contracts in any way possible, so you can proceed to the next level. Lots of weapons, gadgets, consumables, unlockable characters (like Doctor, who can't use weapons, but has chloroform), character traits e.t.c.

There's also a co-op, but I haven't played it. All and all, a pretty solid game. If you're short on money - wait for a sale.
