Yes there is a VAC Ban on record. In the days of legacy rust I owned a VAC secure rust server. One night I was very drunk and had been messing with the settings along with entertaining ideas from the server population. We decided it would be a great idea to port to the peak of the highest mountain. I turned gravity off and and everyone jumped. We were all having a good with us all floating while gravity was off. I decided to be a ♥♥♥♥ and turned gravity back on. Since gravity was back on and all the players remaining in the air for over a few seconds the server detected us all as flying. The entire server that night got a VAC ban.

Not my brightest moments, but still a proud one.
