A carefully planned and fully attended morning routine is the answer you're looking for.

A successful morning consist of the following criteria:
A good nights sleep, a positive mental attitude and last but not least a breakfast containing all of the necessary vitamins and nutrients. Therefore my breakfast consists of 400mg caffeine, 75mg concerta, 800mg ltheanine and a banana for potassium.
