Slipways is a puzzle-game dressed up as a 4x. I usually don't have the patience for puzzle-games but the theme works well enough to where my mind forgets that I'm "just" solving a puzzle and I get dragged into the flow. Enjoyable, challenging and well designed :)

Eternal is all sorts of wonderful! It shares a lot of the complexity of Magic, coupled with the smooth UI and polish that we see in games like Hearthstone. The ability to mix and match deck-types gives a lot of flexibility in terms of deck building, and the cards are almost all very interesting and unique. The in-game economy is also far more generous than any competing CCG. Legendaries are expensive, but you will get the rest of the set in no time at all. Do check out the draft mode, which is insanely fun but somewhat difficult to get into.

Make no mistake, while this game might look like Hearthstone or Elder Scrolls Legends on first glance, it is significantly more involved. I've played pretty much every TCG/CCG and Eternal is only beaten by Magic: The Gathering in my opinion, but is of course far far cheaper and far more accessible. The game is free, so I'd definitely suggest checking it out.

PS: I played a significant amount in closed beta, about 40 hours or so, so the Steam time-counter is not an accurate representation.
