This game made me want to quit my job and become a crime scene cleaner.

If you're looking for a game to play after work where you can just switch off and not think, this is it. It's fun, addictive, great story, and great voice acting. The soundtrack is also really good, and having to find the cassettes in each mission is a nice touch.

Highly recommend!

Would I recommend the game?

Yes BUT not right now.

It's well-researched and the autopsies are interesting and detailed, I also enjoy the backstories for each autopsy, which flesh out the deceased and who they were when they were alive.

However, following the game from the beginning of development, it was made out that the game would have both narrative and free-play game modes, which I assumed would be available from launch. It is not.

The narrative, whilst somewhat engaging, isn't what most people signed up for when initially wishlishting and later buying. It's definitely misleading to be called 'Autopsy Simulator.'

Right now, it feels like the game is unfinished considering the free-play isn't part of the game yet - it's certainly not worth £19.99, and would only be worth picking up in its current state on sale.

If you're looking to pick this up, wait until the free-play has been added before spending your money.

I'm not saying the game is bad at all - I played it when I was younger on Xbox 360 and LOVED it.

I don't recommend getting this game (right now at least) since it's basically unplayable on PC. I picked this up on steam Halloween sale for a bit of nostalgia, sorted settings out, clicked start new game, and instant crash to desktop. I spent a bit of time reading the discussions and doing some recommended fixes but still can't get past the intro loading screen. Haven't even played the game. I just didn't think it was worth the pain of continuing to trying to fix it when I got it so heavily discounted.

Was so looking forward to it as well, such a shame but I guess it is such an old game it's hard to get it working and be 100% compatible. But yeah, not worth picking up since it's unplayable right now. Good game though.

Pooped myself a good few times and had lots of laughs playing with friends, learning the current monsters and completing what there is so far of the single player. Terrifyingly fun - absolutely creased trying to be silent around some monsters, sprinting into safe rooms, and dashing round corners to escape charges. Came in with low expectations and left wanting to play more. Can't wait to see where the team takes this one. If you're looking for an early Halloween spooky game to play with a few mates, pick this up - you won't be disappointed.

Good game to deal with exam stress.

Really fun, love the narration, and lots of puzzles to get you thinking...
