My initial reaction to this app was WOW. Many great ratings and reviews, so it must be worth getting. I was wrong. Having tried both the Steam version and the direct download from the developer website I am not impressed. Whilst the Dev do get back to Support request via email, after a few days, there has been no joy in using this app to record gameplay. I literally purchased it the 1st time, it didn't work, I got my refund from Steam, laid my concerns directly with the Devs via their website, was told issues will be sorted out in the next update (still waiting for an answer as to when that was going to be), got feedback and potential troubleshooting fix from Support, decided to purchase it a 2nd time, app still was not working, so now it's time to part ways. A great looking app but there are other, open-source, options which are far more user-friendly, may have some learning curve, but ACTUALLY work. Highly NOT recommended.

Firstly, I hate this game. Secondly, I LOVE this game. Thirdly, this game is a problem. It is addictive. Challenges your ability to think outside the box. Makes me want to redo my conveyor lines and processes more efficiently ALL THE TIME. Love the simple graphics and UI. Takes some getting used to as it has a steep learning curve. I have only scraped the surface of the Tech Tree and enjoy the challenge of getting to the next tech levels.
The NPC aliens (bugs) are easy enough to deal with if you prepare properly (learning curve) but can be managed.

All in all I highly recommend Factorio and hope it continues to remain a challenging and fun game.

Terrible game. Very slow, even with graphics settings on lowest / off. zero players or NPC's. no animals. Can't sell anything at Vendors. Major Grind. Not worth the hour or so I spent figuring it out. Oh, and getting shot or shooting in PVP does nothing. No damage. Game sucks. #Uninstalled

Been playing Rising World for a little while now. Absolutely loving the gameplay and flexibility. Better graphics than some other sandbox games out there. The building options really allow you to use your imagination. Had to look for minor help on the discussion forums and guides but most of what is possible in the game is easily worked out on your own. Really looking forward to further updates and seeing how the game progresses.

This is by far the most addictive game i've played since EVE Online. EVERY NIGHT i play. EVERY NIGHT. Thank you to the developers. I really look forward to the Adverturer DLC 10/10!
