Any game I play, as soon as I record it starts to stutter and the sound quality switches from normal to this grainy can quality. I haven't touched any of the settings before this started happening either, everything was perfect before updating.

We are aware of new NVidia driver (580.xx+) DX12 high performance capture problems and are investigating this. Please note that this was working fine for the past 9 years (since DirectX 12 introduction). A temporary workaround for this problem is to run DX12 games in borderless windowed mode and record/stream in Screen Mode (not in Game Mode)....
