ביוגרפיה
טגניה נולד באתיופיה ועלה לישראל עם הוריו ואחותו ב-1992. התגורר במרכז קליטה בערד. סיים תואר ראשון במשפטים ובמנהל עסקים במרכז הבינתחומי הרצליה. במהלך לימודיו התנדב בעמותת טבקה, הפועלת לקידום יוצאי אתיופיה בישראל, ונאבקת בגילויי אפליה וגזענות המופנים כלפי בני העדה. כמו כן עבד בערוץ הטלוויזיה האתיופי הישראלי, IETV. הוא הצטרף לקורס תקשורת ליוצאי אתיופיה בהנחייתה של ענת סרגוסטי.[1] ב-2008 החל לעבוד בחברת החדשות של ערוץ 2 ומשמש כתב לענייני פלילים.
