I Enjoyed this game on the Xbox but sadly it got shut down, but now i can play it on PC while still enjoying it just as much.
The community is quite helpful and the game is grindy just as i like. The character creation is pretty decent with quite a lot of options to use and the different race's you can use are alright, the different classes that are available are pretty good and offer a different way to play the game and deal with enemies. The story is pretty good and there are a lot of side quests to keep you engaged, the boss fights are hard as they should be but not impossible.
Overall i do recommend you give this game a try for yourself before you judge it. Keep in mind that this game is not perfect and it has a lot of bugs and is in no way a game of the year candidate but it is still pretty fun. This is my own personal take on the game and other people will have different views on it.
