Crashes when trying to get to main menu.

i've reinstalled battleye 2 times. and cleared temp twice.

Hi there Isuzu Mysterious Utility Wizard. I am sorry to hear you are having crashing issues in Riders Republic, this certainly is not ideal. I have a few steps here that can hopefully help with this issue:

- Installing Riders Republic on the same SSD as both Steam and Ubisoft Connect is the most optimised way [www.ubisoft.com] to run the game
- Clean boot [support.microsoft.com] will rule out any background processes that could be conflicting (Overwolf, Steel Series, Corsair, iCue3, Razer, Synapse, etc.)
- Unplug non-essential peripherals (steering wheels and pedals, streaming equipment, additional monitors, VR equipment, etc.)
- Clear the Steam cache and Ubisoft Connect cache [www.ubisoft.com]
- Complete all these steps in this FAQ [www.ubisoft.com] as these can cross off more common causes for crashing
- Reinstall the supporting software [www.ubisoft.com] for the game
- Perform a SFC Scan [support.microsoft.com] if errors are detected, repeat the scan until all results are clear)
- Clean reinstall the C++ supporting software [learn.microsoft.com]
