COD4 Promod will never be surpassed at this rate

Was poorly optimized on release, complete trash compared to previous installments for both optimization and smooth gunplay. The start of the decline into low quality console-targetted games which has led us to the decline of quality Call of Duty games.

Only really decent thing they did was bring in Theatre mode, but that didn't last, they got rid of it later. Anything decent gets removed and replaced with stronger aim assist haha.

The positive reviews on this game are from players who've likely been through the hell that is the current cod slop as this is even better than those games, yet still inferior to those games before.

Finally starting to become more stable, which is great. Game is what it says it is - great for competitive and like cod2/cod4 promod. Unfortunately does need something extra for the "quality of life" aspect of the game. Unless you're a serious gamer, I don't think it is as enjoyable as expected once the nostalgia wears off. Making the lifespan of the game dependent on the competitive side.

Terrible compatibility with controller, continually changes between keyboard, XBOX and PS buttons. I bought the game and can't even play it. Keyboards are good for certain games and unfortunately all the decent titles that play better with controller usually lack controller compatibility.
