I enjoy this game. If you like your world war shooters to be punishing, this is a good game for you. If you were a fan of games like bf 1942, you would probably enjoy this too. It works best when paired with good communication and bigger picture awareness.

fun frantic energy

As of the Corona 4, 2020, this game is a work in progress, as stated by the term early access. If you're new to Mount and Blade, watch a few videos on the game and tamp your expectations with a dose of reality. If you're a long time player, this will feel comfortable to slide into and play for a few hours at a time, but all of the features are not complete or in the game yet, bugs abound. But I kinda think that's what makes it special. Stick around, they're putting in updates seemingly once a day even while in the middle of a global pandemic. The foundation has been laid for a really awesome base game, no doubt an epic modding community and years of entertainment, assuming society doesn't collapse in the next few weeks.

Vroom Vroom Drive trucks all day and all night down the pacific coasts and into the south west in this worky work simulator. You too can amass massive debt while trying to eak out a living as a small independent carrier, you can even hire complete idiots who run down your equipment. Work too long for too little in the comfort of your own home this Coronavirus season and get ATS.

I think this game is really neat. It's quick and fun to learn, it's certainly a nice departure from the twitch shooters and bigger strategy games. I like having something like this to pass the time, it'll go for however long you'd like it to or are able to service the passengers. I get the same kick out of this as games like eufloria, its visually pleasing and calm, yet hectic at the same time. I suggest the nighttime mode, it's just a darker paint scheme but I rather like it.

All in all, I like this game. The modding community has done a fantastic job as usual at keeping an Elder Scrolls game living long past when it should have been a memory for most. Even though the world is super detailed and really neat with all of the easter eggs and just AI generally going about their daily lives with or without you, I don't feel as immersed as I could be. I feel if they would have left out the Dragonborn storyline as their main story and instead focused on the internal strife in tamriel (ie: fleshing out the civil war story line) it could have gone a long way to get the player to really have skin in the game. So I feel they missed the boat a little with the story telling but the dungeons and quests were entertaining for the most part. The side quests were fun, especially the Dark Brotherhood quests. I'd recommend those.
