Lmao. Personally I played Origins before the actual game.. I am guessing Origins used the original Starpoint Gemini 1 audio.. after origins, the normal campaign voice acting sounded like a triple A high funded game. With that said, I found the voices amusing that god, especially how off they felt (on origins).

I am from an age that games did not even have voices, granted I love how Skyrim does have voice acting. But if I hated the voices of a game, I would turn off the voices volume XD

Still since you seem to want to play in a huge capital ship, check again warlords, since you already got the game >.> just make sure to first watch soem let plays like I do XD

i do agree with you but like me many people believe voice acting hugely impacts the game its just my opinion but i have tames with baad or no acting =p

Voice acting does not make the game, but indeed I laugh a lot too with their acting. It is enjoyable to me, but that's just me. But again, the game is not the subtitles. You dislike the voice actors? Turn off the dialogue volume. Problem solved and you will be able to realize this is a space sim RPG, not a movie.

This is a mix between arcade difficulty with simulation elements. It is actually enjoyable because the creators seem to want to make something like X3 and yet they prefer to keep it easy to use and control, so a wider range of people can play.

Also indeed the game is half done. Half way done that is. The creators still create more content for it and evolve it and hopefully soon Warlords will be out, that will give the player a larger system and the ability to take over.. well.. everything.
