Y si Quake fuera hecho por un programador en un pais de Europa central?
HROT es basicamente eso. Todavía le falta un poco, ya que está en early access. Pero promete.

Si te quedaste con ganas de mas DUSK, HROT puede ser un buen plan.

Do you guys remember The Specialists? It was a multiplayer mod for Half Life that was heavily inspired by 80s and 90s action movies, complete with slow motion and jump dives. It was extremely fun to play, even in a bot match

This game? It's still a long way from being considered complete, considering it's still in early access. But the result so far is a fun shooter that manages to capture that John Woo action movie feel, and also capture that early 3d low-poly FPS vibe. All it needs is a multiplayer part, but I would understand if they choose to not implement it, as this thing manages to scratch my The Specialists itch.

Now if you excuse me, I'm gonna go watch Hard Boiled, because that hospital shootout scene is still mindblowing.

TL;DR - Action Movie inspired FPS is fun. Reminds me of old HL mod. Would recommend. Also crank the gore to the max for a cathartic murderfest

TL;DR : El juego está muy bueno ahora. Deberían haberse tomado más tiempo, de todos modos.

Primero vamos a sacarnos esto del camino: Si, el director debería haberse callado, y deberían haber hecho un buen delay para desarrollarlo.

Con todo eso dicho, Hello Games merece un premio, y el cielo por no rendirse y seguir agregandole cosas. desde armar bases hasta multiplayer, y ahora los sand worms que tanto prometieron en los trailers, y tantas cosas más!

Es un juego de naves/survival bastante tranquilo, con la estética de aquellas novelas de ciencia ficción que encuentras en librerías de segunda mano, como Asimov/Clarke/Heinlein y Herbert (O sea, se ve muy aesthetic). Generalmente me meto para recorrer alguna base de otros jugadores y cuando me doy cuenta, pasaron 2 horas. Para todo lo que les pasó, el producto final vale la pena. Y si te van los juegos para calmar esos nervios, mucho mas.

Lo recomiendo? Claro que si!
