great game nothing like spawning off your garrison and dying to arty. i LOVE it

trying to fly CAS missions in a heli and the rape dwarf in my walls wont shut the ♥♥♥♥ up all i can hear is "HOhO!" and thumping. discharged a 357 sig into the wall and i heard a scream and whimper i think i got him for now. he'll be back.

this feels like a more complete game than the forrest and its very fun to play with groups of people

i bought this game as soon as i could with all the hype around it and all of the great times i had in arma 2 mod i thought why not? it was christmas in 2013 when i first fired it up and the game barely worked. you starved to death, KOS'd at spawn for a drink, or beat to death by zombies looking for a gun. this games target audience was missed so heavily and they still havent done anything to fix any of the issues this game faces. you spawn in run around aimlessly until you find a gun with no ammo and magazine, maybe some food, and you run along the coast heading west and then north up to zeleno where you either die or get enough gear to keep on kicking for another hour. once youre geared you go PVP. there is no end goals or objectives. the game is empty and depressing. the base building is unfriendly and hard. the trader zones in the moded game dont do much. there are no helicopter, no cars, no SUV's with mini guns on them. you cant build massive bases and hit AI events. this game ruined Dayz and when a better game was made my a modding community for arma3 they were sent a cease and desist. you ruined a game that has been around for ages. your game is worse than any mod available. its still full of bugs, no objectives, anything youve done is lacking in content. this game is a waste of time and i wish i could go play the arma3 mod but they ♥♥♥♥♥♥ that up for us. if i could return the game and everything ive done on it and any memory of it i would it only polutes the good memorys i have on the mods. ♥♥♥♥ this game, ♥♥♥♥ the devs who cant be bothered to listen to its community, and ♥♥♥♥ rocket. you've ruined a game that was so easy. all you had to do was copy and paste Epoch over gradually.

this mod was the greatest thing to happen to PC gaming since HL2. i met people on this game back in 2011 that i still talk to today. this game gave me some of the greatest memories. going multiple days straight of just raiding NPC bases on vanilla to building bases on epoch and doing week long trecks across the map to find loot and the legendary can of mnt dew. the dawn of the golden age for this game came with franky on PC when we released his play throughs of it. after that it really blew up. servers were packed people made clans and everyone was happy.being able to use the server chats to connect to people and skype to meet up with new friends along the way. one of the guys i met on this game by accident is now my best friend and while he may live hundreds of miles away we see each other every summer. standalone came out and i thought it would be the end of my beloved game that i had spent so many hours on with my friends, but i was wrong. it was a huge disapointment and unplayable even till now. i bought the game when i was in the 10th grade in highschool and its still in alpha. standalone took the basics of this mod and turned it into a pile of garbage that no one can fix. the main developer jumped ship with the money and while their team trys to revive the dead game, player made mods on Arma 2 and 3 still have a better player count. this game really is the greatest survival milsim there is. i miss the days of the german bridge bandits on taviana and the ghostly echos of the AS50 on namalsk. im seeing people come back to it so i think i may sink more hours into the game. if you have no played it i recomend this over standalone. the Arma 3 mod is unfinished and needs much much more to it to even come close to what this game was but its getting there. for those who havent played it yet pick up Arma 3 because you probably wont enjoy the nastalgia of this game without watching old youtube videos on it.

it was a great game right up until the ending, there is no happy endings and the two stories are the exact same with different people. im really disapointed at the ending.

over rated cod, im disapointed the PCMR can even call this game theirs. its just a cancer as CoD.
