my dad claims i just need faster ram to fix the score because my cpu has no issue hitting 5.950ghz on the ccd1 and ccd0 3dcache with 5.820
sometimes a few cores hit 6.069 but still lol
i kinda doubt 6400mt/s will fix the score

That seems like overkill. Unless you are just hunting big number theres no real reason to ditch the CPU.

ive seen others on 3dmark achieve over 70fps in the cpu score in timespy somehow yet im here with 63
i delided this crap for no good reason it seems
i already got 1200w platinum and a crosshair hero x870e yet this garbage does not want to give me more no matter what i do to it, time to sell it snd keep trying i guess

Cinebench means little in the grand scheme of things. I can tweak it to do 45k~46k if I want but aggressive settings don't yield significantly more performance in real tasks/games. It also is simply up to the silicon lotto plus buying a pricey motherboard as well as a PSU that puts out really clean power. Too much to worry about for no reason, just enjoy.

whats your cinebench r23 score for your 9950X3D? im thinking of returning mine because it doesnt perform like i want it to
i get like 45k multi score compared to others with 46k
