One of the more disturbing games I have seen in a long time. You are Isaac, whose mother has been contacted by God to sacrifice you as a show of her faith.

You disappear down a trap door and enter a world of dung, flies, mutants and bombs.

Apart from the disturbing theme, it's a surprisingly addictive and replayable game. You shoot tears, collect hearts and bombs, and the game play - and your appearance - changes with items like the Ouija Board, which lets your tears go through rocks, or coat hangers that give you more tears.

It's a fecal "dungeon crawler" and a lot of fun for the not-so-faint-at-heart.
