Works out of the box. The addons bring a Quality of Life update to the game with the option to play as it were back in the day, or leverage tools like automapper to not have to manually map the levels.

The manual and clue books are also within this version.

I originally played this on the SNES and couldnt beat it, but was fi ally able to this time around. Now onto EOB 2!

Make sure your graphics drivers are of the latest. If with Nvidia - ensure you have the hotpatch that the game will link you to if you do not have it.

If you enjoy the lore of Dune and have read the series or the currently released movies and want a fun experience - this may be worth purchasing for you.

Hands down the best rail road game to play with friends. It is nice to have a sandbox mode to tinker and have fun with an easy to use system to place the trains and their cars on the track.

As another stated: all the trains and none of the dovetail games.

It's so good that you dread venturing further into the story and gameplay.

I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoy horror games that bring out so much dread in progressing. Aside from the main game there are extras that seem to be added over time to the game. Like little side stories.

I deff found this game to be fun. I'd consider myself casual.

The game play mechanics reminds me of oldschool games where you have to be precise and think ahead. It's highly annoying when you are not right, but it to me is rewarding when you do get it right.

At first there is a learning curve and there is a part of the beginning that really tests your platforming ability. After that hurdle the game becomes more rewarding. It will be tough again, but its part of the design. I found myself sometimes going through really hard portions of the game because I unknowingly went past where I needed to go and made it harder on myself.

I highly recommend the game to anyone who would like a Castlevania type game with some hints of Dark Souls. I think its best to get this on sale - so throw this on your wishlist until the time comes.

For those who beat the game: my god - getting the B Ending is a slap in the face for not finishing the game right, but highly motivates you to get the true ending.

I grew up with games like Duke Nukem, Doom, Heretic, Blood, and other games on the build engine.

This is everything you've expected from the engine and more polished.

This is a very refreshing 90s shooter with one liners making you flash back to the good old Duke days. Except now you're playing a badass named Shelly whose one liners will have you chuckling as you're blowing ♥♥♥♥ up.

I'm addicted. My buddy talked me into playing this right when the multiplayer beta started. I highly reccomend playing this with friends!

The only way to make this game enjoyable is to mod and hack it.

If you want a story that ends where you're disappointed then get this.
If you want actual gameplay don't get this.

Got this game during a free weekend. I must say I am very happy ( of course it was free ).

Despite getting it free, I believe that this game is worth the 10 dollar price point despite it being early access. The alpha build shows itself, but the gameplay thus far is solid and fun.

You can unlock more ships as you go by achieving kills, wins, and captures. You do not have to buy anything in game (from the looks of things in the store it's skins and 5% experience boost (and I think there is one premium ship that can be bought but I don't know if you have to later unlock it)).
