Scope of Work & Expectations

Please familiarize yourself with my portfolio [www.deviantart.com] before placing an order. This will help you set clear expectations for the project. I reserve the right to decline collaboration if a client’s communication style, urgency, or account characteristics (e.g., new/low-level account, immediate payment pressure, unclear project details, or one-time gifts for others) do not meet the trust and engagement standards expected for my work. The client provides reference materials and clearly outlines their requirements.

Artistic Interpretation

As the artist, I reserve the right to artistic interpretation of the project based on my style and expertise. Significant changes to the concept, such as a complete redesign, will incur additional charges.

Minor Revisions

Minor adjustments (e.g., font, color, effects) are included in the project cost, provided they remain within the initial scope. Major revisions will require a separate quote and additional fees.

Additional Time & Payments

For multiple revisions or constant changes at the client's discretion, each additional hour of work will be charged at €10 per hour. The final fee for extra time will be calculated after project completion. Files will only be delivered once full payment for the additional time is received. For example, if the revisions take 4 hours and 13 minutes, you will be charged for 5 hours.

Respect for the Work

Collaboration is based on mutual respect. My services require time, expertise, and creativity. Please be aware that I do not work in a robotic or AI-like manner. Endless revisions based on "maybe this, maybe that" are not feasible. If you require constant changes or a non-stop iterative process, I recommend exploring other options that better suit your needs.
