The world map feels quite small for seventy dollars, I'm sure it'll open up with dlc but the initial price is already steep as it is. Tiny Tina's Wonderlands had a better distribution of environments and map diversity, from BL3 it feels like a step back, the UI is horrid, the inclusion of rocket launchers and grenade launchers into your grenade slot is baffling and the game feels rushed to a degree it's missing it's usual Borderlands charm. The UI needs a rehaul, 3 or 4 more biomes to explore and it'll be in a better state.

It's a singularity of the last decade rolled into a tight neat package. Apex, Overwatch, Battlefield all at the same time.

the controls are ass on pc but it's freaking jet set radio, it good.

Do I think this game might have been rushed out the door? A little bit, yeah. I felt like there was a lot of 2020 jokes they wanted to pepper in to get a chuckle out of the player, and on top of bonuses being attached to sales figures it was ripe for a really rocky start. There's quite a few bit of bugs but on a good PC you shouldn't have too bad a time. Jig Jig Street might be a little choppy with the sheer amount of npcs walking around. It's not a PERFECT game, but it is a PRETTY game, with solid, sprawling narrative. It's not the best shooter, or it is a solid rpg, but it's a decent hybrid of the two with some room for merit when it comes to the implants that customize your gameplay to a broken extent late game.

What really sells me on the game is the sheer number of compartmentalized stories that are represented in the form of side missions and gigs. Plenty with multi stage missions that evolve with time as you have your back turned doing some other mission. It's a storybook game, and I'm okay with that aspect of it.

Hoping the multiplayer is a decent experience because I feel like the open world map makes GTAO's setting look like garbage. Plenty of indoor settings with room for shootouts and swordfights. Not really betting on much though.

It's not Rust. There isn't anyone around to take your ♥♥♥♥. But there's lore. And teamwork. And building. Not quite on a level like Rust, but more so The Sims with gunplay built around it.

It's not a bad game. It has a decent world which had even more life and locations infused with the latest update. Worth trying if you can get over the feeling of people silently judging you whenever you boot it up.

A truly brutal type of gameplay loop which makes the most minuscule upgrade feel rewarding. Camaraderieship only multiplies the experience. Wipes make the game an ever refreshing arms race, a prolonged gun game.

Fortune favors the bold, this is the quintessential survival arena which defines the meaning of high risk, high reward. Open PvP means you are never truly safe. The entire island is the Dark Zone from Tom Clancy's Division. The building, subsequent destruction and gunplay is what Fallout 76 wishes it was. It good.
