Ok I found it after like 30mins of searching through the old zombies YT channels. The map I was talking about is called TMG Skyland :D

@Too Many Hounds I am sorry but I can't think of this map that you are mentioning. Guessing it must have been using the ZCT mod for the HUD you are thinking of.
