This game is very, very bad. 10/10

My previous review was a really poorly written rant... I don't think I totally vibed with this game and that's ok. If you liked it I'm happy for you, there was just a lot in it that i don't think really worked for me, and I think I had the wrong idea about this game going in.

Samorost 3 is another masterpiece from amanita design.
The game's graphics are my all time favorite graphics of pretty much any game. The collage style setbuilding that amanita has been refining for ages has finally culminated in this beautiful world to explore

The game's soundtrack by Floex is an amazing work of art itself, and it's one of my favorite ambient albums, which i still play in the background regularly. Every track is breathtaking and complements the scenery perfectly. In the game there are a ton of music toys that let you play around and make songs, and they are all amazing.

The games puzzles are great as well. The puzzles are just the right difficulty level, and correspond to the design of the planets you visit very well. sometimes there's an annoying moment where you realize an object you've been clicking on for ages is dragable, but it doesn't completely ruin the experience. Also, there's a beautiful solution book to accompany every scene, so there's no risk of getting stuck. Amanita design are masters of letting players play at their own pace.

Everyone can enjoy this game, from 10 year olds to adults, and even people who have never played a video game before will probably find themselves lost in this world.

The game received a lot of attention due to a lot of marketing, but the game simply just doesn't have any substance.

Probably the best game ever made?

Aseprite is an amazing tool for people wanting to get into pixel art. Perfect for people new to pixel art that don't know where to start. It's low price tag makes it a more cost-effective alternative than photoshop or pro motion, the tools and fetures make it much more powerful than gimp or paint, and it's intuitive ui and palette management system makes it more user-friendly and easier to use than Pyxel Edit or GraphicsGale. My favorite pixel art program. Amazing for pixel artists both new and experienced.

Practically unplayable. This game runs like garbage, it's not available on mac, and the servers are beyond awful. Overall, it's an april fool's joke. Harmless on it's own, but definitley not worth the 5 dollars that it will be asking for.


I can't give this game a fair rating because it won't work, but what i've seen from the community so far, and from the shooting range, it looks like another bland battle royale. How I see it is, without landfall's previous releases, nobody would even notice or play this game, and it would fall under the radar as another bland battle royale copy.

In Orwell, you are tasked with using a top-secret government surveillance system to find the suspects of the three bonton bombings. In the game, you are accompanied by Symes, a trained official who seems to have nothing better to do than watch you. You are tasked with using Orwell, a computer program that just does your job for you.

You discover the suspects of the crime immediately by following this one random person with a police record. The game consists of you plagiarising and twisting people's words in order to submit some more propaganda to the government.

Celeste is a masterpiece of a platformer. Everything from the music to the level design is beautiful and the heart and soul the developers put into Celeste shows throughout the game. The controls, which seem odd at first are quickly learnable and feel really nice. The music is beautiful and has a profound impact on the game, the art is amazing and I loved the aesthetics of each area. Level design is also amazing. the levels make use of your limited moveset by using your creativity to use special area-specific features, and each screen feels fair and rewarding after beating, and while the base game is quite short the B-Sides and C-Sides kept me playing for hours. This game also had a beautiful story featuring a small but charming cast of characters.

This is the best platformer I've played to date, and one of the few games I can justify giving a perfect score
