It's like if Lost and Wreck-It Ralph had a baby. Absolutely recommend, but I'm not sure if you should play this game or Inscryption first.

Edit after finishing the game once: The Hex is a game that's more culturally relevant and poignant now than it was when it first came out, and as of this review, it hasn't even been a decade since then. If you want a game that has a perfect blend of commentary and satire about the video game industry, this is the game for you, even if you don't plan on following the Daniel Mullins mythos through Pony Island or Inscryption.
