Cliff, you dont have to be so cancerous.

Anyways, to refund:
Method 1)
-On the top right click your username that you use to log into Steam
-Click account details
-Click view purchase history
-Click on blockland
-Everything else is self explanatory at this point
Method 2)
-Go to your library
-On the right side, there should be little sidebars
-Click support
