First of all i really love the Game. The Build variety is insane and i really look forward to trying out all of the other Builds and playstyles.

I cant recommend the Game at its current state though,

Game is riddled with bugs which hinder the gameflow at every step of the way.

Its randomly unassigning skill points, locking my character after a movement spell, not rendering enemys, not correctly displaying Dungeon mechanics etc.

And to add to it all the server issues and completely bugged controller controls just stop me from recommending the game to anyone at its current state.

I truly believe it will become a great game at some point in time but this so called "1.0" version is very very far from it.

are u even reading what he is saying ? the point is that the game choose random which point they take and not the one u gave with the equipment, and that pretty annoying

Of course it will remove skill points when you remove gear that gives +skill you melon.

Thats true but it also just randomly unassigns skill points without me changing any equipment.

Also when u remove equipment with skill points it randomly removes points with no order at all. So you always have to search for the whole tree which points got unassigned.

Game doesnt unassign skill points. You are removing equipment that granted bonus points so you lose those points.
