This entire game so far has been nothing but a delight and a joy, and brings back memories of a happier childhood as well as giving love and care to my habits of a passion for history. It was gifted to me, so I suppose in a sense I got this for free, but it's so much beyond the price that it's hard to put into words.

The clear care taken to be historically accurate with the attitudes of the Church at the time, in that era, and being able to see it through a modern lens in such a richly detailed style is a wonder. The tiny little animation details. The dialogue corrections with each character. The color palette and line work...

I apologize, words truly fail me. Play this game, please. Despite the heavy subject matter. Even if you're not religious. ... Especially if you're not religious, come to think on it. It won't convert you by any means (nor should it), but the sheer passion on display with this game absolutely shines through from visuals to the music. You won't regret it.
