this game hit me like crack hit impoverished neighborhoods

gacha mechanics aside, it's really fun just to read story and play career mode. only gacha game I've bothered to read through dialogues and character stories. although career runs feels rng heavy you still have good control of the flow with proper strategies.

The gameplay loop of training your uma and watching her run and win (or lose) is really exciting.
Characters are unique and each of them has their own story mode with different goals.
The gacha aspect is as bad as any other gacha game.
The menu is cluttered. Playable area is to the left side of the screen while the right side is a useless info panel. Makes the mobile port look very low-effort.
The tutorial lasts for 40 minutes. Take that as you will. I haven't found a way to skip it, but i wasn't looking for it either.
The absolute worst, however, is this: The game is locked at 30 fps.
This is embarrassing! You can NOT have your game be locked to 30 fps in 2025! Whoever made decision to lock the game at 30 frames per second should be fired and banned from making video games for 10 years.
I would be willing to cope with all the other negatives this game has just for the stories alone, but until the 30 fps ATROCITY is fixed, this review will be negative.
