Do it and watch them go nuts. The game has many options for fast and slow players. There are also different gamemodes and ways to win. Graphics are great too.

Now that's part 1. You want more? Mod. The. Game. Moddb has it all from Star Wars to Halo. Full conversions, adding additional playable factions, heck mod it yourself. You'll thank me.

Or don't mod it. Vanilla is just as fun. The factions are balanced and diverse. But if you do mod it, I personally reccomend Sins of a Galactic Empire mod (Star Wars).
