definitey pay 2 win. Just like hearthstone.
I don't care if you can get every card in the game through grind... If it is a long ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ grind, still a pay 2 win.

who cares if it is in early access and almost all good games cost more than 20 so

Oh and one funny addendum, you say the game costs 20 bucks but you got the product for free yourself. Try again.
