Incredibly dissapointed that there is no LOCAL COOP (splitscreen) capability on PC. Me and my wife were looking forward to playing the game together, but we'd have to buy the whole game again... That's incredibly stupid, probably going to refund because if i cant play with her then its not worth playing at all.

ADD LOCAL COOP TO PC!!!!!!!!!

To be honest, when i first heard about the release of Ark: Survival Ascended, I immediately assumed this was just an "HD remake" of the same game iv been playing for years.... which don't get me wrong Is totally okay, but it makes me hesitant to want to spend $40for a game i already own. However, it's so much more than that... there are so many new features and changes that make this game better. Things like blueprints for structures, you no longer need to learn individual blueprints for the wall, window walls and door frame walls... they're all the same blueprint. When you go to place one of these structures you can cycle between the different options, including a "hidden door" which I kinda geeked out about. Other new feature like equipping a torch to your belt so you can have a light source and still do your errands, keeping another tool in hand. Chibi pets no longer take your offhand slot! they have there own slot now! These are just a few small changes i really liked

Now with all that being said, I must address the state of the game, the game is very much still in early access, and there are a good sum of weird bugs and issues I've had so far as well as many other players.
I'm playing on my personal gaming PC with a Ryzen 7 3700x CPU, AMD 5700 xt GPU, 48gb of ram. This is my first PC and I' wasn't going crazy on hardware, however to my understanding, i more than meet the minimum specs. However this game keeps crashing like every two hours, and I've tried everything to fix it, and a LOT of other people are having this issue, and all i can do for now is constantly keep saving the game (i only play single-player, as i have a hard time socializing) I have to keep all of my graphics to the lowest settings or the game gets really clunky and my frame-rate drops tremendously. However, even in this state the game still feels, and looks better than the original, and once this game is out of early access, im sure it's going to blow us all out of the water!

amazing. i absolutely loved playing through this. however, there is a very easy way to cheat a few levels here and there. especially the final level. something that the creator should look into. however despite this it really puts a new twist on the portal game we all know and love. AMAZING!!!!

Amazing quality, animated or still wallpapers. Even making you're own is very simple. the tools are easy to use and easy to learn.
