Fun

Graphics:
For an MMO, beautiful, but is terribly optimized with crazy FPS drops in most towns, and bad pop-in issues.

Gameplay Mechanics:
Amazing, haven't played an MMORPG with combat this fluid.

Story:
It's there...

Grind:
Horrible... I mean just to get to the fun parts of characters you need to grind for 5-10 hours unless you get boosted by a higher level friend, and even after you get awakening you have to get to level 60 just to unlock your characters stronger abilities, but this isn't even the worst part of the game.

Gear:
I can understand boss gear being hard to get, but the RNG enhancment system is probably the worst out there. I can have 1 billion in the bank, spend all that on enhancing gear and still come out weaker than I was before. The only reliable way of getting better gear is just buying it off the market.

Life Skilling:
The node system is great, but I personally don't like the lifeskilling part of BDO. There are a lot of people making billions off of it, but I personally just haven't put much effort into it because of how tedious it can be.

Microtransactions:
I personally hate microtransactions in this game. You pretty much need to spend at least $20 to get pets for grinding, and you need to spend even more if you want to maximize lifeskilling (you need to get costumes to make the most profits out of cooking / processing etc.) Honestly, I don't even play the game if I don't have a value pack, given that, A. if you sell an item on the market for 100,000,000 silver, you'll make about 70,000,000 due to the crazy taxes (value packs get rid of marketplace tax) and B. you can't remote invest in nodes without it.

I wouldn't recommened this game. Over the 1,100 hours i've put into this game, I feel that I have accomplished nothing.

I'll keep this very short. This game is a very, and I mean VERY beautiful game. You easily get hooked on it and don't want to turn the computer off. The only bad thing I can say about, and it isn't even valid, is that it is easy to get burnt out relatively quickly, as it is PRE-Alpha.[/u] As a given there are some bugs and glitches, and some lag issues if you invite your friends to play, but I am 100% sure this game has so much more to come given the 6, qualified, and passionate game developers who are working on astroneer.

Seriously just a great game for being free. I have run into maybe a bug or two, but for the price of free, you just can't go wrong.
