62 hours played.
Tons of bugs, Didnt play it for a year and I have to say it ran worse a year later then it ran when I first played it.
Game feels empty (havent bought the new DLC and am not going to, all it does is add Endgame NPC conent nothing for the entirety of the rest of the game.

$20 for the game + All DLC is fair if you have a friend to play with... If not, Can't recommend.

Pro's
Tifa has a jiggle physics mod + Tons of outfits that make her even hotter.
Combat is an upgrade from the orginal game, features like the enemy targeting you nonstop while you control a single character have been greatly reduced

The Materia system sucks. Everyone complains about FF8's Junction system... The materia system is no better. It would be nice if you could just make some presets for characters. Instead you have to unequip materia, and pretty much spend 5-10 mins requipping your characters for 1 boss battle... only to beat said boss, then have to re equip the entire party again. I wish they just had a few presets or something.

The regular match goes like this... Everyone spawns in, 3-4 people die in the first 5 mins. Then you and the remaining 3-4 team members must complete objectives that are balanced for 8 people. It turns a 30-40 min extraction type match into a 1 hour 10 min + match if you want any chance to extract. They don't change the # of zombies that spawn in though based on current players. So you end up not being able to do any objectives or get out.

Games too hard and unbalanced. Melee combat feels terrible. Zombies get hit and continue to lunge on you quite often. How can a company that made a entirely Melee based combat game botch melee so hard in this? Too many zombies. Especially when 4 out of 8 of your team mates die in the first 5 mins without doing any objectives. There needs to be a way to escape at any time so you can cash out. You also need to keep the inventory that you extract with. Everyone dies and you and 1-2 other people have to do all the objectives which is nearly impossible. You also get infected which makes it even more frustrating and annoying.

The game has promise, but at this point your better off buying a $5 key for Contagion and playing that instead. As it stands now This should be a $10 game.
10 hours played on a free weekend in April

Spent 40 mins trying to join a public server. Got stuck at loading screen over and over again. Can load into single player just fine. about 30 servers. some of them say 1 person in it, try to join... endless loading screen. I tried for about 40 mins to just join a match with other people. Gonna refund for now until they update / fix this game. Perfect example of early access trash. I would recommend you save your money until the game is out of early access. Never know if it's gonna actually be fixed or not these days.

I'm Not Surprised this game died. I spent 96 Hours solo playing this game, Building my castle, exploring, mining, crafting... The devs Set me back to start in an update, And on top of that they made me do the Tutorial again. And I bet they are wondering "Why is my game dead, why doesn't anyone like our game?" FK this game, fk the devs. 96 hours down the drain and I have nothing to show for it, and I have no conselation prize. I'm also out $$$

Shame on Square Enix for this trash port / Money grab. Here's why.
Imagine a Multi BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY, Releases a port that has all the cut scenes turning green... AND NEVER FIXES IT.

You need Project X installed to not get green cut scenes, Controllers do not work unless they are PS style without Project X mod. Textures are garbage (thank god for the modding community for fixing all of these issues)

Now they are cencoring the game we already paid for to appeal to console players. I want a refund.

Game isn't early access, but it sure feels like it. And they are already about to launch a Paid DLC pack...
Honest Thoughts...
Good variety of guns, but they all feel and preform exactly the same. The guns feel like u take any fully auto / semi auto weapon, slap a skin on it and call it another name and that's what you get. They give you a good amount of attachments... but they don't offer any real benefit. No noticeable difference if I add a suppressor or a choke, no noticeable difference between a AK47 or a MP5... Maps are basic which really cut's into the amount you can play any game. But don't worry they are already to sell you an extra 3 maps and two new guns that feel exactly the same as the other 30. Probably for $10-15.

I would recommend the Developers~
-First work out bugs / kinks such as getting stuck at loading screens and having to relaunch
-Add a server browser of some type,
-Allow for multiplayer with NPC control
-Fixing the AI from casually aimbotting you through walls or the tiniest cracks in cover.
-Adding some more core content and tweaking what you already have to be better

Till then I can't recommend this game, and if I did...
I would say don't pay more then $15 Maybe $20 if they bundle the DLC
Seems like just another promising cash grab.
They got mine, don't let them get yours.

FK this game's DEV team, They try to force you to buy ALL THEIR DLC by placing an AD on your screen every 3 min's unless you buy their DLC. It literally dims your screen and puts their advertisement on it Midgame while your trying to play.

I will never buy another bohemia game after this kind of toxic developer crap
