As a Warframe and casual Division/Destiny player I do really enjoy playing this game. Blends the looter shooter aspect of Destiny and The Division for the weapons I really like how it feels more like I am playing Warframe just a different setting and a slower pace due to the limited Grappling hook use compared to the parkour to get around.

The only problem I really have with this game is the monetization and the cash shop stuff being so expensive compared to Warframe's equivalent items currently, but I have been able to enjoy it as a free player not indulging in the cash shop side of the game yet.

Update: They made the farming of the various Descendants and Ultimate weapons much easier over the last year.

If you liked Fallout 3 and New Vegas this is more of the same with some new game systems added. The conversation system is dumbed down a bit to but the gameplay as a whole stayed the same as the previous 2 games since Bethesda took over the franchise.

Tried everything I could to get the game to run but no matter what I did the game would launch in fullscreen mode only and always gives me a mismatch screen resolution error message every time leading to me having to do an alt+F4 shut down of the game. So glad I never had to pay for this. Using an RX 180, Windows 10 and a 32" LCD HDTV that runs pretty much everything at 1920x1080.

I would not reccomend this game to anyone other than toxic players who would fit in with pretty much every player I ran into in this game.

The game itself could have had some potential as an open world rpg like it initially sounded like they were planning back when they announced the game. The game is nothing like they seemed to hint at all those years ago, and I knew that before trying it. But I figured I would give it a try tho. Now after dealing with long waits to try to get into a PvE match the first few days, and then dealing with toxic players.

Even my interest in Warhammer 40K, and being able to play as the Dark Angels can not make up for the toxicity I wintnessed/experienced in the tutorial area and the first PvE match I could get to pop at last, the amount of time spent waiting in the queue for my first match. The fact of not being able to queue up for the PvP campaign as a Free player doesn't help either. (If the toxicity in the PvE and Tutorial are any sign I would hate to see the level of toxicity in PvP.)

Nice free to play. No pay gates on getting into things and you can buy things that are in the real money store through the in game astral Diamonds currency by exchanging them for zen so everyone has access to the Zstore items either from teh store or via the Auction House when others buy them and put them up on the AH. Basically 4th edition DnD rules with an action control system some what along the lines of Diablo.

Can have some fun for free. Fast leveling, Just hold off against buying any of the Zen store ships for now and wait until Vice Admiral Rank and buy a Tier 5 with upgrade token or a Tier 6 ship instead.

Dilithium exchange prices have gotten a bit high over the last few years but today I managed to convert enough Dilithium to zen for a new Tier 6 ship on my characters.

2019 has been a good year for getting Tier 6 ships from events. 5 chances at them since the Anniversary Event in February and a 6th ship event coming up in a couple weeks.
