So Hunt does have its issues (including the recent update and roll back), no games are perfect but this game is enjoyable and more importantly well balanced, there's no pay to win mechanics and the developers release pretty good events and content regularly.
The UI isn't intuitive and could be a lot better but you're here for how the game plays and looks, in my opinion one of the best looking games out there with fantastic gun play and that's the most important part!
The game is often on sale and for such a small price you'll likely get a lot of entertainment, if you've got some friends who also enjoy it then you'll be coming back again and again.
Could the developers do better with communicating information on updates, sure they could but they're still better than most.

the sounds effects as limbs get hacked off is the best part of the game!

Democracy is dead! Sure Sony back tracked on the PSN network but decisions like that have impacts, I will not be playing for some time to make my voice known!

If you don't have F1 Manager 2022 or Motorsport Manager it might be worth a look but it's just not significantly different from the previous version.
Maybe you can have some fun with it but look at the achievements, less than 15% of people have won a drivers/constructors championship and it's easy enough to do with any team in under 3 seasons which tells you people get bored with it. There's so much unnecessary clicking in the menus which could easily be streamlined which just become a frustration over time.
Sure the graphics do look better but after time you rarely use those nice graphics and generally sit in the track overview screen anyway.
I ran into one bug with alarming regularity during my play time, getting locked in the menus during a race so you can't click anything and even if the race finishes you still can't select anything. You should expect this bug 1 in every 4 to 6 races which is very frustrating.
Overall it still lacks most of the features from Motorsport Manager.

Epic!

It's not better than motorsport manager, looks nicer, better sound effects and voices but thats it, everything else is a poor copy of the features of MM or just not included. Pre season testing isn't even in there. There's a lot of problems with tyres, Maybe in 12 months after some fixes and enhancements this might be more playable but that's unlikely to happen as they're looking to sell your F1 Manager 2023 :(
I don't understand why it's that hard to slightly improve on what MM did all those years ago. Wait for 2023 or 2024, maybe even 2025.

A fantastic little sim management game with some good complexities, all from a solo dev! Nice work!

I used to enjoy this game but today I read about charging for monthly premium passes and this isn't acceptable in a full priced game thats already been selling loot boxes!

This game is actually better than watching F1 racing itself!
