old ass
not fun to play against in my opinion for no reason in particular
since he's pretty funky in general he's pretty impressive in general, in general, i would say he's pretty alright meta-wise in general.

if i were to rate him, i'd give him a 24/28 because i don't like the number 10, and also, i hate him so this whole review was a waste of time, so go read another one or leave because man, i'm biased as hell when it comes to this character
