i got the DLC thinking this game was going to be way different. driving mechanics still suck. the police mechanics are still stupid. idk man just didnt do it for me

not sure why the bad reviews. I haven't engaged with the legends stuff much so I can't speak to that, but just the fact that plagues are back is a huge W to me. The game is really close to feeling "complete" and I've been having a blast with this expansion.
