I read in another review that this is how a remaster should be. and i 100% agree. i played the original way back when it first came out and i absolutely still love this game nearly 20 years later just the right amount of modern quality of life features mixed with that old time isometric rpg feel

i've uh put more than a little time into this game *cough cough* i play it for a few months on a binger and then drop it for a bit. and ALWAYS come back. its been this way for years. its to the point my community knows that when i dissappear from the discord for more than a weak to check what game im playing and they know its gonna be rimworld and they know not to ask how its going because i've already broken most of the laws against nature

Edit: My love for this game has outlived 3 tours in foreign countries and a marriage.

Massive improvements the multiplayer feels seamless. definitely not the same as when it first released and its better for it.
