i was originally extremely optimistic about this game, i spent time with the movement and combat system in the demo and became extremely exited about the game pushing that fantastic system to its limits. the game sadly ended before ever using this system to its fullest. the game is too generous with health and doesn't do enough to push the player to do more than the bare minimum with its movement system. it hits paralel beats with celeste in the movement system and somewhat with the story, but falls flat when it comes to difficulty and story pacing.
