Portal 2 greatly improved and expanded the story and gameplay of the first Portal game but can still feel like the gameplay length is on the shorter side.

Portal 2's story is funny and simplistic as it can be for a puzzle game. The funny dialogs in-game make your playthrough the game levels much more enjoyable and memorable and are often more than enough to distract you from getting too frustrated if you are stuck on figuring out the level's puzzle solution. There are a handful of hidden treats of dialogs for you to discover throughout the levels by goofing around the level or making mistakes that you thought were the answer to solving the puzzles.

Valve has done an amazing job making most, if not all, the game level very atmospheric. Ranging from the looks of the level to the sounds you hear moving or just looking around. The old mechanics added with new ones also made the game much more refreshing as each mechanic are introduced to you gradually. Combining each of the things you learned thoughout your playthrough is VERY rewarding and makes you feel really smart in figuring out how to solve the level's puzzles.

The co-op multiplayer is best played with a friend rather than matching with someone else online. Communication and coordination are major keys in moving forward in the co-op levels. You can't move forward in the level if you will leave your partner behind. There are plenty of time to goof around & mess with your partner. The levels are very forgiving if you fall to your horrible horrible death or your partner press the shiny red button far too early or too late.

The steam workshop support is great if you want more level puzzles to solve but they often won't have the funny and clever dialogs you'll find in the main game.

In conclusion, Portal 2 is a short and funny puzzle game experience that can leave you with a lot of hilarious memories playing either on single player or co-op mode.
