Loved this game. At this point I've beaten the base game three or four times. First playthrough is great to immerse yourself in the experience, second and further playthroughs are great for pushing the limits and speedrunning. I don't have the DLC but once I do I'll definitely be coming back and 100%ing it!

PROS:
- Gameplay is pretty fun
- Graphics are great
- Runs decently well (on my powerful computer, but I've seen worse)
- Feels like a proper expansion upon the Payday series

CONS:
- You can ONLY play online. If you are not connected to the internet, you CANNOT play the game.
- You have to queue to play singleplayer. I've personally sat in queue for 5+ minutes before being able to play solo.
- AI still has problems with pathing
- Lack of content. I know the game just came out, but they should have a few more heists to start.
- Menuing feels like it was designed solely for controller. I've found several menus that don't go back properly on pressing esc
- Low graphics doesn't feel low enough. My friends with lower-end computers likely won't even be able to touch this game
- They don't seem to want players to mod the game. Publishers need to realize that mod support will keep your game alive. I'd rather run into a hacker and leave or kick them, over being physically unable to tailor my game experience. If someone wants to give themselves max level and all unlocks, go ahead. It's a purely PvE game, it only affects me if I choose to play with them.

For as long as they keep the terrible server handling, my review will stay negative.

This game has a LOT of potential. The core gameplay loop is there and feels great. It feels like the developers are being crushed into submission by the publishers. I'm hoping for this to change.

The addition of EAC to a social game is somewhat bizarre. It adds next to nothing, while removing ALL community mods. No dev team will ever be able to pump out the same amount of content as mod creators. VRChat is pandering to their investors, rather than the actual players

It's like meeting a celebrity during their awkward teenager years. It's a great game, but after so many hours in BL2, this game feels like it's missing a lot. Overall, it's still really fun.

Always more things to farm and optimize in your build! Plenty of time was spent in this amazing game

I'd definitely recommend trying out Blender. The learning curve is quite steep, but after spending enough time in the program it will feel great to use. I have easily over 3,000 hours in Blender, but I've only recently started using the Steam version.

Amazing game. Loved every second of it, even through the difficult parts.

I haven't even gotten to the gameplay yet, but I really hate this game already. You have to get a premium membership to host a server for multiplayer. That completely ruins the game in my opinion. I would be ok if you might have to pay for a couple of guns, but really?
