Looking at this, I was expecting a Fallout-ish experience. I was mistaken, but not by much. Don't let the play time fool you, I played a good 50 hours of this outside of Steam.
Pros:
-Crafting
-Exploration
-Factions
-Multiple starts
-Many weapons
-Steampunk feel
-Reminiscent of New Vegas without being a clone
-Very open

Cons:
-Glitchy
-Crafting system is a bit confusing
-PvP is populated almost entirely by hackers
-Optimizatin is ♥♥♥♥
-Players are generally ill-tempered
-AI isn't verry Intelligent
-Quests can be a handful at times
-Aiming likes to twitch, making long-range shots hard
-Leveling system is a pain

Neutral:
-Tutorial can be a bit confusing on your first run through
-Graphics are a bit dated
-Kinda empty (Not sure if they're going for the "Wasteland" feel)

Overall, it's fun to play with friends for a week or two, but not something I'd sink another 50 hours into

It's WoW for free.

The optimization is absolutely terrible, the lag is ♥♥♥♥♥♥, and the playerbase can be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
However, this is one of my favourite games simply because it's challenging and open.
10/10would whistle again.

It's ALMOST A p2p, but not quite
If you want to hunt anything besides mule deer or rabbits, you have to pay a MINIMUM of $10
If you want to buy any of the good guns, you have to pay a MINIMUM of $10
But, I recommend it because even hunting JUST mule deer is fun.

I don't like it.
The reason I recommend it is because it's not a bad game. Let me clarify.
I don't like it because I'm used to the FP DIs, not a MOBA/Rogue.
I like League of Legends (Hence the name)
I like SMITE
I like DOTA
But I don't like DI:E
Why? Call it being closed minded, but there's nothing like a First person zombie game.

Pros:
F.E.A.R. Nostalgia

Cons:
MAJOR P2W game
Graphics are outdated
Not as scary as previous franchise games
Doesn't work for some Win8.1 or any Win10 systems
Fairly glitchy
Player fanbase is almost as bad as CoD's 12 year olds

It's a good game.
However, the glitches are just atrocious.
Pros:
-Good atmosphere
-A bit of horror
-Challenging
-Reminiscent of older survival games
-Makes me think Rust and Cry of Fear had a kid
-Very large world

Cons:
-Glitches up the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
-Chat system is hard to keep up with
-I swear to god there's a "Shoot on sight" law in this land
-Players are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Neutral:
-Easy to level up
-Combat takes a bit of getting used to, but it's fun
-Graphics aren't AMAZING, but they aren't retro either

Overall, 7/10, a fun game to play with friends
PS. Trust NO ONE. Not even yourself.
