Bodycam, lives up to the expectations set before it was purchased. I have spent some time with the game now and can say that i thoroughly enjoy it. It definitely takes a player out of the usual head space when it comes to first person shooters. It takes time to adapt to this new style, and a lot that is offered here is rough, but I genuinely believe that what is here is "good bones" Now at this time of review, there are bugs that can alter game visuals, which can give players an advantage in some maps, however Early Access, means unfinished, and not all bugs have been squashed. Hoping a future update will really crush the issue that removes all darkness from maps, but until then, it's still an experience worthy of the small amount of money it cost to play and support the game.

Given what we know about the devs of this game, what they have accomplished here is quite impressive and I hope they continue to build on the sturdy structure they have created. If you are struggling, as a new player, I suggest you really give this game some time, and get a true feel for the mechanics, join the discord, make some friends. I learned a lot by simply engaging with other players.

This is by no means a perfect game, it can use a few minor bug fixes, balancing tweaks, and perhaps it's a few features shy of a full title i.e. load outs, map balancing, dedicated servers, better party management. so on, and so forth. Things I am sure we will see in due time, especially with the dev team looking to expand and open up.

Definitely a game worth keeping an eye on, and worth putting a few hours into here and there to monitor its development.

Had this game on my wish list for a good while and had myself a little bit of holiday money and grabbed it on the winter sale this year.

I didn't really have any expectations going in but my lord, the addiction to this game hit me hard! For what I paid for this game on sale. the devs really got the short end of the stick, it's a wonderful game that can be relaxing, or stressful depending on how you play. They even gave us options to make it a very relaxed ship pull apart with no timers or limitations. a lot of clever little game modes and ways to play.

Seriously if it's on sale, GET IT, and if it's not, it's definitely worth the price they are asking for. You get more than 35 USD worth from this game for sure.

You get upgrades to your suit, upgrades for your tools, buncha fun stickers to slap on your tools, really interesting characters and dialogue that pops up as you progress your career, and all sorts of little bits in between that tells a lot of story and builds the world which to me is impressive as the game manages to do all this but still keep focus on the core mechanics of the game (pulling apart and salvaging ships) Which honestly is way more fun than I imagined.

Even better, they constantly introduce new concepts and hazards and things to make the deconstructing a little more challenging and it does a great job at pointing out the changes and trying to talk you through them in a very lore friendly way. (tutorials are tied in as job training, and seamlessly suggests you do these things while still doing your primary 'take ship apart' duties.)

Only crashed a few times and coincidentally I was streaming in discord when it happened so I'm sure those are related, but game runs good, feels good, it's fun, especially if you like these kinda sandbox mechanical games.

Me and the boys had a chat with a dog while testing out a potion of animal speaking. Dog got a bit too lippy and attacked us after we yelled at his dead owners corpse to somehow prove to the dog he was dead. (We didn't kill the owner, he was like that when we found him.) long story short, our Paladin is now an oath breaker, and we regret nothing, we're an absolute menace to society. 10/10 game is fantastic.

Probably the best game that a kid with the tism or an asian will out perform you in, in your entire life.

Great game, my only recommended change is they add more Stumfol.

Probably the best FPS out there that you and your friends aren't talking about, because you're too busy mainlining Gaypex legends, or Whorezone. Put down those inferior baby games and cowboy up.

I've been Enjoying the game. As far as performance is concerned, set your upscaling in the basic video settings to a 'performance' based setting and profit.

There ARE bugs, nothing I have found that is game breaking, but pretty acceptable IMO for day one.

have been having some connection issues with the initial connections to my friends in Co-op but once we get in together it's been stable.

game just needs a teeny bit of polish which I'm sure the devs will get to



Solid game so far, great bones, Gonna be at it all weekend.

This game even in early access is quite a killer experience. It has mods, it's getting regular updates, VOID has been super communicative and vocal since their EA launch on steam. The game feels,looks,and sounds good, it's an absolute blast with a friend or two as well. The game is growing, rapidly, and it's getting even better with each patch, If VOID keeps on the path they have taken, they're gonna have one hell of a gem on their hands. I'm so excited for the future of this game and that feeling only increases the further we go down the path of development. Can't wait to see how this game looks when it comes out of Early Access.
