As much as I would love to play this game again, i have not been able to get back on to it. I am no longer able to log in! Even when reaching out to support there is no clear answer. Response below.

The fact that an temporary IP ban was acknowledged, but a reason was unknown still baffles me. Mind you this is the first time trying to play after i haven't touched the game in little over a year. So no, there is no reason why I should even have a temporary IP ban to begin with.
