Great game. Quite realistic for the time period. The mix with well-known historical figures (Cleopatra and Caius Julius Cesar) and others (Septimius and Vitruvius for instance) is highly enjoyable.
Hours of contents and missions with details about Greeks and Egyptians lives during the Ptolemaic period. Egyptian mythology is well brought, better than AC Odyssey, enhancing the lore rather than being a part of the narrative (except for Curse of the pharaohs). I also try to practice my Egyptian grammar by trying to read on the walls of tombs and temples.
Photo mode is the highlight feature to relive boss fights and see unique locations as well as having a sense of community by showing pictures from all gamers. Combat mechanics are well done, but maybe not as enjoyable as those from AC IV. The idea of mini games on the context of an open world with the arena and the hippodrome brings more hours of content and can be replayed almost indefinitely.
Graphics are gorgeous, but when you use your eagle Senu, you can clearly see the ground patterns materials. Close graphics on ultra are just beautiful. Had one or two bugs, not the end of the world, and always funny (guard can throw you one thousand bombs and you do not loose lives if you climb on a specific column for instance, or having the mesh of someone following your feet).
Maybe the best Assassin’s Creed, which is a great and enduring serie.
