Imagine being permanently banned for cheating without ever doing so.
Also imagine the surprise after finding out there is no way to contact any human being regarding said ban.

Valve bois seem so tough on "naming and shaming" thing, yet at least those accused have ability to defend themselves against such allegations. It doesn't come as surprise I have absolutely no way of neither defending myself nor even hiding the distinctive red comment . Apparently VAC never makes mistakes.

When I asked steam support directly to provide any proof against me (server logs, screenshots, vac logs, whatever), whilst being absolutely convinced they would have none, their response was the simplest one could imagine. They ignored everything. And thus I came to conclusion my struggle against valve bois is futile. I have not only lost years of progress but more importantly any credibility in semi-professional play.

As far as I am concerned this account is dead. I also don't imagine myself ever buying anything on their platform either. I would rather be spied on by chinese government then have my basic human right of self-defense taken away by overzealous corporation.
