Best final fantasy in over a decade

Do you like Pokemon? Like, at all? I don't mean for the nostalgia. I mean, do you enjoy collecting monsters, training them to be strong, and then battling them out in a highly strategic turn based RPG? Then you'll probably really like Temtem. While it's currently only in early access, it already shows extreme promise as far as monster taming RPGs go, with plenty of great innovations to keep it fresh even while they continue to work on finishing the planned content for the full initial release. Definitely worth you attention, even if you don't necessarily find it worth your money just yet. But I will point out that I've put in 36 hours as is, and I'm not even caught up with the available story content, which is barely half of the planned content for launch. So there's that.

An interesting little puzzle game with roots in chemistry. Got it out of a humble bundle, but was definitely fun enough to be worth a look on its own.

For a free platformer, this game really invokes memories of playing VVVVVV if it were a tradition platformer. Basically, you move and jump through dangerous screens and unlock things such as power ups and other stuff to continue further through the game. Overall, there is no real reason to not play this game, it's free.
