heyya knight, the alpha is pretty limited right now but so far the main differences I've noticed are the inventory system and stances have been greatly improved. It's more streamlined, and now weapons support attatchments. Also the new stances are amazing; it makes finding cover (but still able to return fire) a whole lot better

So far better IMO, can't wait for the full release!
