I'm not big into superhero stuff, but this game won me over completely. Great writing and a great sense of humor without falling into the "millenial writing" pit, and perfectly cast voice actors. I've played through it twice already, and likely will again. Outstanding.

The PlayStation 2 version of Rez was one of my all-time favorites. Absolutely captivating in both visuals and sound, and of course, feeling everything through the DualShock 2's force feedback. I still own it. The Dreamcast version never hit the US, but if it had, I would own a copy on that platform too.

When Rez Infinite released, I bought it for my PS4 Pro. It was one of the first games I played in 4K resolution, and it was absolutely gorgeous. I didn't think it was possible for it to look so good! The wireframes now resembled honest-to-God vector graphics instead of pixelated lines. The audio sounded better than ever. When I eventually got a PSVR, it was the first game I played with it, and it was fantastic.

Now I've got it on Steam, and played it with a Meta Quest 2 and my favorite headphones. Absolutely amazing! I played it from beginning to end in the same day. To say this game is a must-have would be putting it lightly. I've bought this game for three separate platforms and it was worth it each time. It's a gorgeous game and a fantastic experience even on a traditional screen, but if you own a VR system, you are doing yourself a great disservice by not picking this one up. Put on your headset and some good headphones and just enjoy the ride.

Another short but sweet VR adventure. You're gonna screw up a lot, but once you work out the flow of a level -- where the enemies are coming from, when and where to grab another weapon, when to duck or dodge -- you're gonna feel like The Chosen One acting out these wild battles in slow-mo. Play it!

Far too big brain for me

I played this on the PSVR first and thought it was a pretty tough game. Turns out the PC version is much harder. You'll have to rely on sneaking much more than throwing sharp things, because you not only have way fewer of them to throw, you can't reuse anything that lands a hit. Short but sweet, you're gonna want to replay it just to beat your best time. Remember, frequent urination does not make a business sensation.

I made the mistake of alt-tabbing out of a fullscreen playthrough of this game and it froze my computer. Not even Task Manager could get it to close. But you can make it rain blood, which is pretty cool.

Overall, I give it 73%, because I'm a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ idiot.
